Yasham-Mitsuya Construction Additives Private Limited (YMCA) is a joint venture of Yasham Group with their long-standing partners Mitsuya Boeki Ltd. Japan. With the Indian Government’s thrust on infrastructure development and the concept of building smart cities, the opportunity for special cement additives and construction chemicals sees good potential.
We associate with Denka Infrastructure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (DIPL) 100% subsidiary of Denka Kagaku – Japan – a 100-year-old company manufacturing special cement additives. These additives have various functions – expansion, quick setting, high strength, quick hardening, etc. for use in bridges, tunnels, Railroad systems, power plants, repairs, precast, etc.
DIPL having taken over ESTOP, Malaysia distributes waterproofing and flooring products, surface treatments, cementous and epoxy grouts, preventive coatings, etc. which are now being marketed by YMCA.

Beyond DENKA, ESTOP, and TAKEMOTO, Yasham-Mitsuya Construction Additives Private Limited has plans to collaborate with Global Speciality Chemical Producers for the Construction Industry and make related partnerships to bring technology and products in INDIA.
